  • Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.


2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on supplier requirements.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment options.

  • Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of services or reservations.


2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier (including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators).

  • Refund eligibility is governed by the individual supplier’s policies and may include penalties or non-refundable amounts.

  • Shifted Compass, LLC is not responsible for refunds beyond the terms established by the travel supplier.


3. Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. Shifted Compass, LLC is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or participation due to missing, expired, or incorrect documentation. Health, vaccination, and entry requirements vary by destination and are subject to change. Travelers are responsible for complying with all applicable regulations.


4. Travel Insurance

Shifted Compass, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance and may offer access to coverage through third-party insurance providers. Insurance coverage details, benefits, exclusions, and claims are managed directly by the insurance provider and are subject to the insurer’s terms. Shifted Compass, LLC is not responsible for claim decisions or coverage disputes.


5. Role of Shifted Compass, LLC

Shifted Compass, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party suppliers.

We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, or tour operators, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures.


6. Liability & Responsibilities

6.1 Third-Party Providers

Shifted Compass, LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, service interruptions, or changes made by suppliers.


6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, labor strikes, political unrest, public health emergencies, or acts of government.


6.3 Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers agree to comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations during travel. Any damage, loss, or disruption caused by a traveler is the sole responsibility of the traveler.


7. SMS Opt-In Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Shifted Compass, LLC for:

  • Booking confirmations and travel updates

  • Payment reminders and billing notifications

  • Secure links for proposals, itineraries, and approvals


7.1 Consent & Opt-Out

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.


7.2 Privacy & Security

Your phone number will only be used for the purposes described above.

Shifted Compass, LLC does not sell or share SMS contact information with third parties and takes reasonable measures to protect your personal data.
